Elizabeth grew up in rural Illinois and has been passionate about riding since she was a little girl. She has had many horses over the years. As a little girl she rode Western on quarter horses and had an awesome Racking horse named April Jubilee. At Earlham College she rode Hunter. She currently rides Dressage. Elizabeth has been giving EQUESTRIAN PILATES® clinics and private sessions nation-wide since 2004. Her clients see dramatic improvements in their riding skills, health and enjoyment. Common comments include the rider being able to sit the trot better, improved used of the aids, relief from low back pain and much more. Elizabeth Hanson is certified in Pilates through the PhysicalMind Institute in NYC. She did her training with Michael Wright of the Body College in Washington, DC and Potomac, Maryland.
